About Gay Ski Lenzerheide

GaySki was founded in 1992 at the suggestion of a number of gay sport associations in Switzerland and abroad. It was one of the first events of its kind and from the first time it was already held at the Hotel Schweizerhof in Lenzerheide. Since the beginning, Claudia and Andreas Züllig were the owners of the hotel and are our charming hosts.

Since its foundation, the gay ski week GaySki in Lenzerheide has established itself as an institution. Throughout the years it has been run by a number of dedicated organisers.

Today GaySki is put together by a group of voluntary and committed men on a complimentary basis. GaySki is therefore not a tourism supplier or tour operator. Because we are enjoying it so much ourselves, we want to offer a gay ski week in an uncomplicated way. With its personal touch it is different from large, commercial events.

J’ai fait beaucoup d’autres « gay ski week » et j’ai un vrai coup de coeur pour GaySki. Ce qui me plaît beaucoup c’est que l’organisation n’est pas commerciale, plus cosy, avec une ambiance chaleureuse, à taille humaine ce qui permet de partager des moments sympas avec des amis.

1999 bin ich zum ersten mal bei GaySki mitgefahren. Seitdem läßt mich der Virus nicht mehr los. Jedes Jahr tritt man alte Freunde wieder, neue Leute kommen aus aller Welt hinzu. Skifahren unter Freunden – genau mein Ding.

I liked the Swing Week 2016 so much that I decided to change my commitment from participant to the co-organizer. Can’t wait to welcome you at the Hotel Schweizerhof in 2017.
